Limit plugin by region

    We recently implemented this for a client’s site, but they only want it displayed if the user is in Europe. Is there any built in functionality for that?
    And if not, we already have functionality that determines what country the user is in, would there be a way to use that to block this plugin if the user is outside Europe?
