Limit Post Showing by Date

    I was just wondering if there is a simple way to show a post on the index date until a certain date…say for weekly updates. The from when the post goes up until seven days later it shows fine, and then its pushed from the font page. It can still be found in the archives, but that’s it.

    Any ideas?

    Yeah, write a new post after 7 days… and the one at the bottom will be “pushed” out ??

    I need it to be pushed off even if I don’t write a new post…lol

    Supposedly, there is an option in admin > Options > Reading: Show at most XX posts/days.
    So, you could select 7 days. However, I have read so many complaints about that feature not working correctly that I gave up following its “development” a long time ago.
    You may want to try it – just don’t blame me if it doesn’t work.

    Yeah, again, that would only update it once another post has been made (at least last time I checked.)

    I almost need a way to extract the date from the db and then run some php comparisons on it…
