Limit posts per user

Right now, we don’t have ways to limit postings per user. I assume this means you’re running a site with free postings. One solution of course would be to charge a small fee to post, which would discourage 99% of the spammers out there. We can consider adding this feature, but spammers are tricky and they’ll find a way around it if we limit by IP address, phone number, or email address.
