Limit quantity per category per order

I look for a solution to limit the purchase of one product of a category per order.

example:
category “book”
product 1 “book1”
product 2 “book2”
The buyer can only buy one “book1” or one “book2”.

Woo Min/Max Quantity plugin claimed to do it. But after 6 months of support exchanges, they agreed to face a bug and they can’t fix it !!!

It would be nice to add this feature to your plugin.
