Limit submission per ip?

Thanks for using Caldera Forms. To do this, you would have to track the IP of the users — the {IP} magic tag is useful. Then look up the current user IP at the caldera_forms_pre_render_form filter and if its already submitted return an error message as HTML there, which would prevent the form from loading.
