    Editing the code is one way to do that. There is also a specific feature of https://getawesomesupport.com/addons/productivity/ that allows you to easily: “Set the maximum number of tickets that can be opened simultaneously by a customer” without using code. This add-on will help you and it also give you more functionality to do more.
