Limit tickets quantity purchase

    Hi, the event plugin has the functionality to only allow a single registration per use if the event is free, but if the event has a price, then the registered user can purchase as many tickets as they want. this is an issue because i want to know every person who’ll attend my event and want them to be registered users.
    I think this can be a minor fix and a great added value to the overall plugin.
