Limit title characters WHILE adding new post

  • There are plug-ins/hacks that limit the title of a post AFTER it has been posted. But is there a plug-in that actively limits the amount of characters someone can type WHILE in the control panel creating/writin/editing the post in the title field?

    As in, it limits the title before-hand so it never exceeds the limit to begin with?
