Limit to link ID's be shown??

Hi,
I have a listing of 15 Cat ID’s in the setting field: Categories to be displayed. However, only 13 showed up. To be sure, I deleted 2 ID’s from the listing and indeed, the missing 2 to complete the 15 showed up. So it is not an ID number mistake. Is there a limit to this listing?
