Hi. I’ve worked out the different ways we can set up minimum order quantities for products (either using dynamic rules or at product-level), but what I’d like to do is limit B2B users to buying in multiples, specific to each product.

For instance, we buy some of our products in boxes of 6, some in boxes of 10, some in boxes 12, and those are what we sell to our B2B customers. So, we’d like to be able to set that quantity per-product, so B2B customers can’t buy, say, 5 or 9 of a product that comes in boxes of 6… only 6, 12, 18 and so on.

Is that something that can be done via WholesaleX?

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

You can set a minimum quantity for any specific product/ category. We’ve dynamic rules for it.

Let me know if this helps.

    Hi Owadud.

Thanks, but it’s multiples I need not, minimums. For instance, if we want B2B customers to only be able to buy boxes of 6 (as this is how we buy them), and I set a minimum of 6, they can still buy 8, which would require us to break open a box of 6.

    Hi there,

This feature is not available right now. However, I have added this as a feature request. Our research team will have a look into it.

Feel free to ask if you’ve any other queries.

    Regards
    Owadud
