Limit use for user

Yes, that is possible.
Here is the step by step configuration :?

1)Go to Woocommerce -> Coupons, and create your coupon code.

2)Set the percentage discount to 0 value.

3)In Usage Limits, set the usage limit to 1 time per user.

4) Then you can use this coupon code in the Discount rules plugin and create your discount rules:?
