Limit user’s amount of ACTIVE posts regardless time limit

    Hi, I would like to limit the amount of active posts a user can have published (status published), regarless a time limit. For instance, if the limit I stablish is 10 posts for a determined post type; and the user already has 10 posts publish.
    If user moves to trash 3 of his posts, he’ll then have three new “slots” available to publish three newer posts.
    This is regarless a time limit.

    ?Should I stablish my limit within 0 years o withing 9999 years?
