Limited number of signs

  • Hi all together,
    I want to set a limit at the book grid length of signs.
    Many book titles are very long and I only want to show 80 signs for example and not the whole title because the content below the book grid is overwritten.
    How to change that?

    Sorry I missed your post.

    Are you meaning the length of the titles on your books? You could do that through some custom coding, but there is no way through the interface to change that other than making your titles shorter. You could, for instance, use the Subtitle field to put some of the title into and then that wouldn’t display on the grid.

    You could increase the distance between rows of the grid with some custom css.
