Limited Number Of Submenus?

    Under the 7th menu item, Contact Us, i cannot add submenu items.
    Test Page

    On the menu configuration page, after clicking Save Menu, errors do not appear. The items I want as submenus (everything after Contact Us) simply remain top level.

    Any suggestions?
