Limited Permission and Limited Dashbord

  • Recently, possibly after an automatic upgrade to 3.3.1, my permissions have been limited although I am the only user. I have no access to appearance, plugins, users, tools or settings. I have looked through past comments, but solutions either don’t fit or don’t say how to resolve the problem in language I can understand. The host is Dreamhost and they don’t have a cPanel.
