Limited Plugin for Generic Content – Not Suitable for Custom Content

  • Its very limited like other autoblogging software which look like knock offs of each other. Nothing original, new, creative nor outstanding. Another software with illogical approach to writing. If you are writing an article, do you start by setting the number of paragraphs and sections or do you write naturally based on your flow, ideas and research? AI-Bud is weird. The AI capability on this plugin is also limited by programmer-defined macros, so you are not getting full capabilities as you would on standalone Claude or ChatGPT. For example, the rich data analysis or details you get from Playground cannot be reproduced in the Content UI. Thats because the Subject and Title are limited by programmer-defined prompts. Plugins like AI-BUD are for producing regurgitated generic content, not custom content. They are limited in structure and AI capability. Anything that generates content by inserting a keyword or title cannot produce unique / custom content.

    Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry that you couldn’t find anything special but I want to clarify some points because I feel like maybe you couldn’t find some specific features within the plugin.

    • All the AI Models like GPT, Gemini and Claude is available for free users as well. We don’t have any limitations like others. You just need to enter API Keys.
    • AI prompts is not programmer-defined in our plugin. You can easily change prompts in the content builder: https://share.cleanshot.com/BnSpcL2T or in the block editor: https://share.cleanshot.com/ym78VnB
      So you can write your own custom prompts and can use full capabilities of AI. We are trying our best to not limit your usage.
    • Of course we are limited with AI capabilities, that’s why we are calling this plugin AI Content generator. I feel like it is not fair to expect more than AI capabilities.
    • I understand your point of Content Generation flow. But we need to follow best result we can get from AI. So having title, sections gives best results and also you don’t need to write manually, you can just write the subject and it will fill these areas. You can just edit and customize if you wish. But if you want to use just one single custom prompt, you can always use our Block in the Block Editor.
    • We don’t have playground in the content generator because we are not saving content immediately. We are showing the result, so you can play around, change some part of it, and when you think it is done you can click Create Post. We are saving post at that point. So actually this is working like a Playground already.

    I appreciate your feedback. We are more than happy to provide support if you need, and we are open to feedbacks about the features we can improve. It would be great if you can re-consider your review here. There may be some features that actually exist but you haven’t seen or noticed. That’s why are trying our best to create documentation to explain these better. However, it does not seem fair to me that we receive a 1 star review due to AI’s capacity in this regard. I would appreciate it if you would reconsider this. If there are any problems we are always willing to help!
