Limited Site List

When viewing the list of domains, the list only shows the most recent 20. There is no “Screen Options” dropdown at the top to increase this number, and no pagination on the list.
Furthermore, the search function is not working.
We using the latest version of the plug-in with WP 4.1.
How can we fix this so we can view and/or search all our site domains?
