Do you have a search term? Relevanssi always throttles all searches that don’t include a search term because otherwise, they would return all posts and on bigger sites, that can be bad.

If you want to disable the throttle completely, you can use

remove_filter( 'relevanssi_query_filter', 'relevanssi_limit_filter' );
