Is there the possibility to limit No Role Users from accessing certain contents? Example prevent No Role users from accessing a GravityForms?

    Best regards,
    Oria

    Hi @orsp

Members plugin lets you manage capabilities and roles provided by installed theme and plugins so if GravityForms provides any capability to access their content, you could use it in Role Editor screen in Members. Please reach out to GravityForms support to see if that’s possible.

    Hi @caseproof

If I’m not mistaken, Members plugin only allows me to manage GravityForms function management permissions from the backend. That is, to prevent a user from being able to create or modify GravityForms.

What I’m looking for instead is to allow only Contributor users the ability to view and fill out and submit a form from the front end of the site.

GravityForms has the option to make visible and usable only to logged in users (any user). While I would like the form to be displayed only to Contributor users.

Do you think it is possible to get it from the Members plugin?

    Best regards

I believe you can enable the protection feature in Members and then when editing the page the form is embedded on, you’d set something like this https://prnt.sc/o5MpcUxMmHza

    Hi @orsp @usuaggie

@usuaggie is right. The content permissions tool is the only way in Members that lets you protect the content of post based on the users’ role.
