Limiting Page Access by Username

    I am a WordPress neophyte; however, I maintain a web-site for a gated community, consisting of property owners and homeowners.

    Apart from the Admin roles, our other 96 users are assigned the Author role.

    I want to post a page containing homeowner contact information; however, I want to restrict page access to “homeowners only”. Ideally, I would like all users to have similar roles, so…

    Is there an easy way to restrict page access by username? If not, how can I best achieve my goal?
