limiting posting to fb

hello i am using post rotation plugin. it makes 1h oldest article as new one, any chances to set AccessPress Facebook Auto Post a random 1-2 new posts from a day to publish to facebook for example at 8 am and 8pm ? thats a sollution i am looking for. i dont want to make everyday 24 new posts to FB, just 1-2 posts with using cover image and link to article..
