    Hello,

Is there a way to limit submission count, not just for one user (I know that function exists) but as a whole. I need to accept lets say 40 submissions from different users, and then for the form to lock or something elso, so others can’t submit.

  • Go to your form settings, click on restrictions, set the “Limit Submissions” field.

But doesn’t that option just limit submission count for one user? I need to limit submission count for from all users. I organize event with 50 free spaces, I have limited one ticket per user, but how I can close registration, when I reach those 50 users?
Or maybe I don’t get that option you mentioned.

Ok, sorry, my mistake, your mentioned option does exactly that.

Ok, new problem. Now I can control total count of submissions, but how to limit user to only 1 submission? I need these submissions to be unique, like 1 submission from 1 user, but now, one user can fill all submissions.
Is there an option for this?

    Hi @reinispro,
Yup, you can do that by setting the Unique field to the email address of the form submitter (or another field that is specific to each of your users – which is usually the email address).

    Instructions here: https://ninjaforms.com/docs/unique-field-validation/
