Limiting types of Gutenberg blocks for certain CPTs?

I am building a plugin that will let me compose email newsletters using Gutenberg to generate the email HTML.

Obviously, only certain HTML can be included and render properly in an email, so I want to limit the types of blocks that can be used on the Newsletter doctype.

Is there a way to do this?
