    Hello,

We use a third party plugin that processes our Amazon & eBay orders through the Woocommerce store.
The order sits in the Woocommerce backend like a customer has ordered through the website. This had worked great but CusRev emails the customer to request a review, and we are now being sent emails from eBay saying that we are breaking their T&C’s because of this.

So what I’m asking is…is there a way of getting CusRev to ignore email addresses that contain certain characters?

    Thanks for using our plugin!

The plugin doesn’t have a feature like this now. However, we can add it in the future versions. Can you please describe the requirement in more detail? You just need to exclude email addresses that contain a certain word?

    Hello,

Thank you for the plugin, it’s worked great for us.

We have a plugin that pushes orders made in Amazon or eBay through to our Woocommerce store, CusRev is then generating an email to them, which is against their policies.

However all of these customers are given a unique email that ends in @marketplace.amazon.co.uk or @members.ebay.com.

I’ve found we can filter by this in the Reminders section and manually delete them, but is there a way of handling this that does not require manual interaction?
I’d be happy to listen to other suggestions too, if you can think of a different way of handling it.

    Hi,

If you are familiar with coding, you can use the filter hook cr_skip_reminder_generic to skip scheduling review reminders based on a condition. Refer to these solutions https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000605650-list-of-filters

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.
