Limits stopped working

I did not overwrite anything. It’s possible but unlikely that the client did. He is the one who is changing things when new options need to be entered. But, these links do not tell me where to go to actually put the options back.
The image in the first link seems to be of the panel on the left side. I do not see where, on that panel, I place the minimum and maximum for the checkbox options.

On Facebook messenger, I was told this:
“It is in the settings of the option. This specific setting is called ‘min’.”
But .. where?? The settings of the option means in the checkbox module settings? I’ve looked in every tab of those settings and do not see “min” or “max” I don’t know where else to look.
