line 82 – Change Login URL

Hi

I have just followed the instruction on here:https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/change-login-link-1/ regards to changing the Login URL to a custom line. However, line 82 is blank? Where should the echo ‘<a href="https://yourdomain.com/">'.$login_text.'</a>'; be added to the php file?

From what I can see from the Support thread a few people are also having problems solving this issue, look forward to hearing your thoughts.
