• In my auto email, that includes form information, everything works perfectly in email clients except for Outlook.

Plain text is entirely fine and I’m not looking for any special formatting except for the line breaks to occur to separate form information.

On my end, Outlook doesn’t recognize the line breaks if the form field entry data is more than a certain character length. The line just doesn’t break.

I’ve then tried to add html formatting to manually add
, and none of this formatting takes on our email server. Even something as simple as <b> doesn’t display in our corporate Outlook emails.

I’ve searched endlessly online, but I can’t seem to find a resolution here.

    Example:
    Contact: [your-name]
    From: [your-email]
    Phone: [text-phone]

This shows fine but if the field has a text area that includes a lot of text (say, over 25 characters), the line break won’t occur and it looks like:
    Contact: [your-name]
    From: [your-email] Phone: [text-phone]

And, formatting to html doesn’t have any impact in Outlook (our office e-mail) but does on my Apple Mail, for example. Do you have any ideas?

This same issue happened on my previous site as well; so, I don’t image it’s a plug-in or site issue. Just a Outlook issue reading the form.
