Line breaks disppear even when using

on and off Ive had ongoing issues with wordpress deleting line breaks. the line breaks just do not appear on frontend…cannot work it out….apparently lots of people have same issue….why is this happening? and how can I fix it? or will wordpress fix it as this is a major bug I would think.
