Line breaks gone after new KB was installed (BetterDocs)

  • Hi together,

    we are using Enlighter plugin for the JSON code in our knowledge base. Last month we changed the plugin for our knowledge base (from MinervaKB to BetterDocs). Therefor all doc pages were exported and imported as XML file again. The layout in our documents stayed the same, except the formatting of our JSON code. Now all breaks are gone within the enlighted sections. Is there a possibility to include these breaks all over again? We cannot do it manually as there are a lot of pages.

    it’s not an Enlighter issue… the whole html is messed up (doesn’t contain whitespaces). you should talk to the plugin authors (BetterDocs) whats going on – i would assume the conversion has had an issue and needs a fix or some kind of optimization plugin is enabled (which is also weak…).

    atm i assume that you’ve to repeat the migration after a fix to BetterDocs have been applied by the authors

    So I will contact the authors of BetterDocs.
