Line Breaks in Notification Email

Any way to add line breaks in the notification emails? I’ve tried adding
and also
but neither work.

Any ideas to help clean up the notification emails? Everything seems to get squished into one line.

Also, in the subject line it does not display the Author’s name. It just shows “[comment_author]”.
