Issues with line breaks, paragraphs, carriage returns

As indicated in the image above, when you try to put line breaks between paragraphs of the users review, there are issues with how it renders on the “live” view of the review. It would appear that the mark-up is not being added and the sentences are all running together.
Is this a quick fix? If so, how? Can you provide the CSS or PHP with instructions on how where to place the code?
