Line Items are not available when trying to create invoice

I recently downloaded this plugin. I tried to create a new invoice and I dont have the meta box to add line items at all. Is there something I am doing wrong? I followed the documentation but my plugin does not display lien items or even the ability to create itemized charges on the invoice at all.
