    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You are getting this error because the email and username are not returned from the line application for that specific email address, you can try from some different account and check.

    Also to avoid this you can activate the Profile Completion feature which will ask the user for an email or username if it is not automatically returned from the social provider.

    Please provide us with the website URL so that we can check the issue from our end.

    Can you please share with us the screenshot of the test Configuration window for the line application?
