Line on list of shipping methods not clickable

Hello,

On a customer website, I noticed that for the shipping area Belgium, in “List of shipping methods”, the line is active but I don’t see the title anymore. I don’t know if it’s the customer who deleted the title by mistake by leaving the line active but I can’t access this line anymore, I can only delete it. Is there a way to access it?

I have compared by going to see the shipping area France and in List of shipping methods, I can see the title of the method I can click on to access the defined rules.

Can you help me on this please?
