Line Spacing problem in MSIE

On the page https://shalvatchayim.org/french/faire-un-don/ the bank details list appears single-spaced in the dashboard/editor, and single-spaced in FireFox. However, when viewed in MSIE, it appears double-spaced, with an empty line between each line of text. I spoke with the publisher of the template, and they claim the problem is WordPress and not their template.

Other experts on a different forum have told me that the page has HTML markup errors, which result in MSIE displaying the page in quirks mode. Since I am using a canned template, I do not know how to fix these markup errors – or if these errors are really making a difference.

Any ideas how to get this page to display correctly?
