Lines splitting, Arlist duplicating

I am using WordPress 3.8 running Twenty Eleven theme.

I am having some first time problems which I am thinking are due to the latest update of the WordPress.

First, text is being split as shown on https://shamanrai.com/newsletters-2/

This happens typing a few plain words or when used with the link function.

Second, the plugin Arlima is placing the list above the WordPress page and on the page. See https://shamanrai.com/articles/

I’ve never had these problems before.
