Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). Once you’re back in, re-activate every plugin you need except Lingotek Translation, then report the issue at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/lingotek-translation so that the plugin’s developers can help you with this.

Am not blocked from accessing my website. This string keeps appearing at the top of the page but I did the second part and reported the problem to Lingotek support. If I get a fix I will post it here for anyone else with this same problem.

The plugin is provided for free and supported on the developer’s free time.

The problem is with that plugin, so you can either wait there for the developer to reply when he can, or hire someone to fix it. For that, please try https://jobs.wordpress.net/ or https://directory.codepoet.com/ and do not accept any hire or direct access offers posted to these forums.

They said they would fix the issue n the next update.
