Lining menu bar with forum menu bar

I took the SSI code from my SMF forum and placed it within my WordPress. My menu bar works inside my WordPress except I can’t seem to get it to line up with the position it’s at in my forum:

Would I place the menu bar in my main template index.php at the top? Or what?
