1) What method did you use for migrating the site?

2) When you add new files, do they open normally?

3) Is it possible for you to create a temporary admin user for us, so we could test some more? You could send the credentials using the form here: https://www.sharedfilespro.com/support/

More information on this case: the file data was not completely transferred to the new site. It is recommended to use this plugin for migrating any site: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ (it has been proven to work very well).
