link ad poster's name to all ads posted by the poster.

Hi Greg
How can I link the poster’s name (by:*******) so that when someone clicks on the ad poster’s name, all ads posted by that person is listed on a separate page? I suppose I have to edit the single.php file in the template. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

how do change the user permalink ?
right now its /classifieds/?posted_by=12
want to change it to
/classifieds/?posted_by=username
also when i tried to share the link to facebook its fetches ramdom photos instead of showing the ads from the user.. it would be good if this can be done like the category link
