    Hi!

My email template uses the {{POSTLINK-WITHTITLE}} but the resulting link is clickable but with an error in the URL. The test works fine.

When I copy the URL text from an email, the beginning of the link is: “https://https://” which obviously doesn’t direct to the site. This occurs when it a post is created with the Classic editor if that changes things.

from doc: {{POSTLINK-WITHTITLE}} – use this to display clickable post link with post title

    Hello @adriancedar,

We have checked the {{POSTLINK-WITHTITLE}} keyword but it is working fine at our end.

To replicate the issue, we need a bit more information.

Will it be possible for you to provide us HTML content of the email template used while sending email?

Let us know if you have any queries related to this.

    Thank you.

This is what’s under the ‘text’ tab of the template editor.

    Hello @adriancedar,

Thanks for providing the template content.

We have checked the issue with the above content but it seems to be working as expected.

We suspect the issue can be due to conflict with other plugins or active theme but will need to confirm it first.

Will it be possible for you to perform a conflict test on your site? You may need to temporarily disable all other plugins except the Email Subscribers plugin and switch to a default WordPress theme.

We recommend doing the troubleshooting using the Health Check plugin which disables all the plugins and switches the current theme to the default theme only for the current logged-in user when troubleshooting mode is enabled. It does not affect other users or site visitors. You can get the Health Check plugin from here. After enabling the troubleshooting mode, activate the Email Subscribers plugin, and check if the issue is resolved or not.

Hope this helps you. Let us know what comes out. Also, let us know if you have any further queries.

Thank you for your patience and coordination in resolving the issue.
