Link Attribution can’t be disabled

    Hi,

    Today I noticed that linkid.js is always loaded, even when Link Attribution is disabled within the settings. This file isn’t necessary if Link Attribution isn’t enabled. I also disabled it within the Google Analytics dashboard.

    Could you fix this?
