Link becomes “dead” when scrolling

Hello,
I have the vt blogging pro theme. Still cannot access pro support forum as mentioned in previous post. I have sent an email but am still awaiting a response.
Having an issue where links on a page work until you scroll close to the bottom of the page. The link then becomes “dead”. It sometimes recovers when scrolling back to top of page but sometimes does not.
I have the child theme with custom edits however this issue still occurs with the parent theme.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

The same exact issue here as well, pro theme. I noticed that while not all links on my site die once the footer renders, just the links on the bottom third of the page or so. Everything is fine until the footer comes into view.
Seems like it has something to do with the entry animation of the footer. It pushes all page elements up which I think messes with the text. Not only are links dead, but I’m also unable to interact with just about anything (highlight text, right click images, etc) on the bottom third (or so) of the page.
Again, this only happens to me once the footer is brought into view.
Edit: In my case, this issue only presents itself on single page posts. The homepage does not behave this way.
