Link button in editor not working

    Hi folks,
    I recently upgraded my wordpress site from 3.4.2 to 3.8.1 and now the link button in the WYSWIG editor is not functioning. Can anyone shed any light on how to fix this issue? Thank you!

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    The offender was ClickBump SEO. I sent a twitter to the author in order to discuss this issue with him. Thanks for your suggestion.
