    Good evening,

    I associated the hyperlinks to the buttons (banner buttons and footer- social media), however it’s not working, it’s not going to the page. What can I do?

    Regarding the footer icon, please ensure you are entering the correct URL. You can check this snapshot for reference: Footer Icon Snapshot.

    We recommend deactivating all plugins one by one and checking if the issue is resolved, as it could be caused by a plugin conflict with the theme.

    If the issue persists, kindly send us a screenshot highlighting the URL you are using for the banner button and the social media icon. This will help us investigate further.
