Link buttons to other sections on same page

Hi,

How do I link the buttons to other sections on the same page? So when I click on the first button it would take me to the next section, and so on. At the moment all the buttons take me back to the top of the page. I just want the screen to scroll down to the next section when the buttons are clicked.
