Link Card Vault Tokens to Existing Accounts on Site

Hello! We transitioned from Square to another processor and had all the card tokens exported from Square and imported to NMI. How would we link the imported tokens in the card vault to existing customer profiles on the website to ensure a seamless transition for our clients?
