Link Categories Not Showing

Can someone tell me why my newly created link categories do not show up in the sidebar?

I created a new link category (like Resources, for example), then created a link for that category. But, nothing shows up.

I think I’ve done everything the same as I did on another blog, but it’s not working here.

I’m using WordPress 2.0.1 with Semiologic v3.2.1.
