Link Categories Subpanel – can’t find it!

  • The documentation refers to a Link Categories Subpanel – https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Link_Categories_SubPanel – and explains how to use it.

    I’m signed in as administrator, go to Manage, then Link Categories. And all I can do there is add or delete categories (or edit those I have.) Do I need a plugin for this to work? Thank you in advance for any assistance you might offer.
