Link correctly added! message received but nothing added

I installed the plugin and activated it. I tried to add a link and I receive the “Link correctly added!” message but when I check to see the list of links within the plugin, nothing is listed.

I confirmed that the table was created in the database and found it to be empty. Any suggestions???
